On the evening of Tuesday 21 October a panel of leading lawyers will be gathering at Gray’s Inn to answer students’ questions on how to get ahead in a changing legal market. The litigation-themed event is free to attend, but places are limited…

The speakers are Desmond Browne QC (media law barrister and joint head of chambers at 5RB), Louise Lamb (financial services litigation partner at Hogan Lovells), Jasmine Murphy (personal injury and professional negligence barrister at Hardwicke), Sally Davies (construction and engineering litigation partner at Mayer Brown), Frances Edwards (president of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives), Andrew Worthley (employment law barrister at Magdalen Chambers and lecturer at City University) and Andrew Roycroft (senior associate in the tax team at Norton Rose Fulbright).

The Question Time-style discussion will be chaired by Legal Cheek managing editor Alex Aldridge. It starts at 6pm, and is followed by drinks and nibbles until 8:30pm — kindly provided by Gray’s Inn.

You do not have to be a member of an Inn to come (although the event will count as a qualifying session for Gray’s Inn students): all law students and junior lawyers are welcome. Reserve a ticket here.
