In our latest live Facebook broadcast, Legal Cheek’s Katie King and Tom Connelly discuss the anger-inducing topic that is law school exam f*ck ups.

First up, the London School of Economics (LSE). A wave of hysteria swept through its substantial LLB cohort earlier this week after the law school’s bigwigs decided to bring the date of a crucial property law exam forward by an entire month.

Not to be outdone, BPP Law School then embarked on an exam cock-up of its own. Having accidentally sent a recording of two tutors discussing a mark scheme to its Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) students, the university, sparking outrage, was forced to hastily replace an upcoming drafting assessment.

But was it a simple case of ‘accidents happen,’ or were students right to kick off?
