Breaching the safe haven of Snapchat

Law students…and judges, beware.

With photos sent via Snapchat automatically deleted after they have been viewed for ten seconds, the mobile app has been considered a safe way to share potentially sensitive images.

Well it used to be, anyway, until people started screenshotting Snapchat pictures and uploading them to Twitter…

The above photo, of an unsuspecting Sussex University law student, is relatively harmless. But this one of a US judge in action seems potentially riskier. Are such things allowed in the US?
