Great puns, but why the penguins?

Just when you thought it was safe to turn on the telly again without having to suffer that dreadful John Lewis Christmas penguin, Monty, along come these US lawyers. The firm behind this ad campaign — Angiuli & Gentile LLP is based on New York City’s Staten Island.
A quick scan of its website reveals that none of the practice’s nine partners bears that much of a resemblance to the flightless species from Antarctica — perhaps its clients do.
