Join us on the afternoon of Tuesday 10 March for a virtual session on how a deal really works, delivered by leading US law firm Fried Frank.
The session will be led by Nick Skill and Benjamin Skinner, M&A and private equity lawyers at the firm’s London office, who will focus on the following areas:
• Laying down the core principles of how a deal functions
• Sharing their experiences working with leading international clients
• Giving an appraisal of the qualities future lawyers need to excel in this area
• Explaining why they are more drawn to transactional work than contentious matters
• Providing an insight into what it’s like to work at the London office of an elite US law firm and the journeys they have taken to get there
