That guilty look

guilty

They take an interesting approach to traditional concepts of guilt and innocence in North Carolina.

Of course, Larry Archie, who is the sole principal at his Greensboro law firm, should probably bag points for being far more subtle than this advertising hording suggests.

For starters, the concept rather depends on what the “it” is. And of course criminal liability issues around mens rea also come into play.

Archie’s law firm website highlights his current status as a major in the US Army Reserve, so the lawyer will be more than familiar with a long standing unofficial military edict that goes something like this: You’re guilty, if a senior officer says you done it.
