The tooth fairy affidavit drafted by a lawyer-couple for their daughter after she lost a tooth

Comedian Emily Winter has dug out a tooth fairy affidavit that her lawyer-parents made for her when she lost one of her teeth as a kid.

The affidavit — drafted in 1989 and signed by the apparently still-practising Robert M Winter — has proved a blogosphere hit since Winter posted it online last week.
