Join us on the afternoon of Wednesday 24 September for a virtual student event with Taylor Wessing exploring global M&A (mergers and acquisitions).
When companies merge or acquire, it’s not just deal lawyers involved in the process. These transactions are often complex and involve input from lawyers specialising in multiple practice areas across a firm.
We’ll be bringing together a panel of Taylor Wessing lawyers who reflect this specialism mix. They will explore their role in these complex transactions, explaining how their work feeds into an M&A transaction, the typical tasks this involves and how they work collaboratively across different teams on these deals.
