Thursday 18 September, 4pm to 5:30pm, taking place virtually
Join us on the afternoon of Thursday 18 September for Legal Cheek’s latest virtual student event, designed to help aspiring solicitors master the art of balancing SQE preparation with work and personal life.
With many SQE candidates juggling full-time jobs, Qualifying Work Experience (QWE), and other responsibilities, this event will explore how students can navigate their SQE journey in a way that matches their individual needs. From flexible study schedules to wellbeing support, BARBRI’s expert panel will be sharing actionable strategies to help candidates stay on track.
Time: 4pm to 5:30pm
Location: Virtual event
Level: Students, Graduates
The panel, featuring trainees who have successfully completed the SQE, future trainees currently studying the course, legal education experts and former lawyers, will also explore the increasingly wide array of options for qualifying as a solicitor, and how candidates can find the best approach to suit their needs.
What to expect:
• Insights from trainees who’ve successfully balanced SQE study with work
• Perspectives from future trainees currently navigating the course
• Guidance from BARBRI’s legal education experts and former lawyers
• Tips on choosing the right prep path for your lifestyle and learning style
• Discussion on QWE, special accommodations, and mental health resources
After short talks and a panel discussion there will be an opportunity to meet the speakers and chat virtually with current SQE students.
