Criminal court judge left stunned as erotic actress-turned-escort enters her assets into evidence during court session
Judge John Hurley probably thought he’d seen it all from his front-line position sitting on the criminal division bench of Florida’s 17th Judicial Circuit Court.
But that was before Susan Surrette appeared before him. Footage — which emerged on YouTube last week — shows the one-time pornographic film star flashing her breasts at Judge Hurley during a bond hearing.
Surrette — who travels under the professional moniker of Kayla Kupcakes — was arrested last Wednesday on suspicion of disorderly intoxication. The 54-year-old woman was in the process of showing Hurley bruising to her body, which she alleged was caused by arresting police officers.
Addressing the judge via video-link, Kupcakes pointed to her arms, before telling Hurley:
I’ve been beaten up by police. And also this too…
Before the judge could ask just what “this” was, Kupcakes lifted her top, exposing her ample bosom to the court. Hurely quickly put his hand over his mouth, exclaiming:
Oh my lord!
Kupcakes — who, according to Busted Coverage, has starred in films including Private Stuffers, Lusty Busty Babes and My Friend’s Hot Mom #5 — was ordered by Judge Hurley to undertake a medical evaluation with bail being set at $100 (£64).
But to be fair, Hurley is all too familiar with courtroom high-jinx. Earlier this year he had an amusing run in with an 80-year-old woman.
Having been referred to as a “sweetheart” by the elderly lady on a number of occasions, he suggested she should try her hand at stand up comedy.
