Legal Cheek reported yesterday that Rosario had failed to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court, having already been charged. After absconding, an appeal was made last week on BBC’s Crimewatch which prompted eight ‘phone calls with information regarding Rosario’s whereabouts.

Initially thought to be travelling through Europe or Canada looking for work in the legal profession, Rosario — who was called in 1990 — was arrested at 11pm yesterday evening in the Birmingham area.

According to local Sheffield newspaper, The Star, Rosario was due to appear before Leicester Magistrates today.
