Have the wheels finally come off the court system?
Robing rooms can be bleak at the best of times: worn carpets, broken furniture, discarded bundles — and now apparently car wheels.
Last week, 1 Grays Inn Square’s barrister Kara Can spotted — much to her astonishment — this spare tyre (including alloy) in a Romford court robing room.
Then again, spare tyres are a fairly common in robing rooms — it’s just that they usually involve expanding waistlines of ageing QCs, not the rubber variety.
