There is an advert that has been appearing sporadically on Craigslist in which someone claiming to be a City lawyer offers “free accommodation” in exchange for “intimacy”.

Curious to find out more, we set up a fake email address in the name of imaginary law student “Elizabeth Merry” and responded to the ad. What happened next was interesting…
