Rising star lawyers at tech companies share their experiences

Following the success of our first qualified lawyer event in summer, we are back with an event for junior lawyers considering the move in-house.

The session takes place on the evening of Wednesday 26 September and will be hosted by Axiom at its office in Clerkenwell, central London, with panaromic views of the City skyline from the glass boardroom.

It will feature three short TED-style talks from lawyers who have made the move out of private practice to in-house roles. The speakers are Sarah Collinge, a solicitor at Axiom who is currently working as a secondee commercial legal counsel at a global tech company, Atik Ahmed, associate general counsel at TradeIX, and Adam Baldwin, an in-house lawyer at BNP Paribas who began his career at Slaughter and May.

The talks will be interspersed with a series of short speed networking sessions. Pizza and beer will be liberally supplied throughout.

Register to attend here. The event runs from 6pm until 9pm.
