Were students right to kick off?

Not to be outdone, BPP Law School then embarked on an exam cock-up of its own. Having accidentally sent a recording of two tutors discussing a mark scheme to its Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) students, the university, sparking outrage, was forced to hastily replace an upcoming drafting assessment.

But was it a simple case of ‘accidents happen,’ or were students right to kick off?
