Bar Course Aptitude Test Delayed Yet Again

Legal Futures, 25 July 2012, on the introduction of the Bar Course Aptitude Test (BCAT):

A note from the Bar Standards Board (BSB) on BarProfessionalTraining.Org today:

There’s even a typo in there from the BSB; it’s not the Bar Council Aptitude Test, it’s the Bar Course Aptitude Test.

The BCAT was first proposed way back in 2008. There are details of the previous delays here.
